To test out the market for the product, a questionnaire has been spread by the team to gain
feedbacks and thoughts from the public on the product. The questionnaire was done by using
google form as the platform. The questionnaire from google form had received a total of 42
respondents aged 18 and above. They were asked whether they are aware of concrete drum
mixer and how hard is it to clean them after it is put to work. Most of the respondent agreed
about having difficulty to clean them. Not only that, the respondents also think that
measuring the amount of material needed to mix a certain volume of concrete accurately is
also a very difficult task to be done. With the production of Smart C-Mixer, the respondents
believed the features can be very helpful in venturing into a cleaner and safer environment.
Not only the high pressure water sprinkler can clean the drum, the respondent also agreed it
can maintain a good quality of concrete because no hardened leftover concrete will be left
when producing a new batch of concrete. Moreover, the automatic weighing system installed
on the Smart c-mixer also got a lot of positive feedback from the respondent. This is because
they all agreed that the traditional ratio method practiced by concreter is not accurate without
using weighing tool. Hence, the automatic weighing system comes in handy when measuring
the right amout of material needed.
