NOTIFICATION FOR MA PREVIOUS & FINAL (PRIVATE) ANNUAL

EXAMINATION–2022
Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Form available at Abdul Wali Khan University,
Mardan and all UBL branches at district Mardan, Nowshera & Swabi as well as can be downloaded from University
website http://www.awkum.edu.pk for MA Previous& Final candidates for the Annual Examination-2022 (Private).
The examination admission forms complete in all respects should reach to the office of Controller Examinations,
Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan as per following schedule. Incomplete forms& the forms received after the
stipulated date shall not be acceptable.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION
1) The following documents must be attached with the admission form(s).
a) Attested copy of DMC of BA/B.Sc.
b)Attested copy of Previous DMC (for Previous) compartment.
c) Attested copy of Final DMC (for Final) compartment.
d) Three (03) attested copies of passport size recent photographs.
f) Original Bank Receipt’s(University Copy)
g) One (01) attested copy of CNIC / Domicile Certificate.
h) All candidates of Previous (Private) are required to furnish original Migration Certificate from their Universities
concerned.
i) Last date means the last date for submission of forms and fee on the same date.
j) After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs.500/-for delay of
every two days or a maximum of Rs.2000/-till two weeks prior to the commencement of examination, after
which no admission form shall be accepted unless allowed by competent authority
2) Examination Hall will be allotted on the basis of permanent address (care of addresses will not be
accepted).
3) The examination fee can be deposited in prescribed branches of United Bank Ltd only in account

4) Examination fee once deposited cannot be refunded in any case.
