2. Stars – These are the Strategic Business Units which have a lot of future prospects to
generate even more revenue for the company. They are as follows: -
i. Jio Payments Bank Ltd.
ii. Jio Glass (A mixed reality headset)
iii. 5G spectrum Products (VoLTE sim cards are already compatible with them)
iv. Jio Meet (In collaboration with ZOOM Video Communication)
3. Dogs – These are the Strategic Business Unit of the company that do not bring any
financial gain to the company and also have low market growth. They are as follows –
i. Jio TV
ii. Jio Security apps
iii. Jio seals and plastics
iv. Jio Money Wallet (UPI application of Jio)

4. Cash Cows – The Strategic Business Units of the company with high demand and
from which they are able to generate high ROI come under Cash Cows which has
both high Market Share and High Market growth.
i. Jio VoLTE
ii. Jio App Utility
iii. LYF mobiles
iv. Jio Saavn.
