Well, the exercises are very interesting

It is very likely that in addition to a nominal element (proper noun, common

noun) other words appear in that part of the sentence that can specify or

complement the information:

Direct Modifier. Articles, pronouns or adjectives that characterize or describe

the noun nucleus. For example: Cold hands played the piano. ("Las" and

"cold" are MD)

Indirect Modifier. Adjective constructions preceded by a preposition. For

example: My mother's neighbor lives alone. ("From my mother" is MI)

Apposition. Clarification that can be exchanged for the kernel itself, generally

written between commas. For example: Maria, my sister, is tired today. ("My

sister" is apposition)
