PROCEDURE: 1. Choose your desired aerobic exercise that you can engage in. 2. Execute your workout plan using the aerobic exercise that have you chosen. 3. Make sure that you will video yourself upon doing this exercise.(3-5mins.exercise) NOTE: 1. Warm up before doing the exercise. 2. Cool down after the exercise.
CRITERIA: Choreography= 30% Accuracy= 40% Punctuality and Attire= 20% Total Performance= 10%
