❑ FLORAL ARRANGEMENT

1.) Disclaimer: The EHF florists reserve the right to make appropriate changes and substitutions to
the plan finalized by the client under the circumstances, such as, when a certain bloom is not
available on the date of the event, or if the flowers delivered are wilted and not in good conditions,
but will still maintain to offer the same value and quality of the clients’ chosen arrangements (such
changes and substitutions shall be done as a last resort).
2.) For the Basic Package Inclusions, flowers are only limited to the following:
2.1) Entourage: Rose or Carnation, Malaysian Mums, Aster, and other local flowers and fillers
2.2) Ceremony: Malaysian Mums, Aster, Alstromeria
2.3) Reception: Malaysian Mums and Aster
NOTE: Flowers other than mentioned above are all considered as an upgrade.
3.) EHF shall not be held liable of any losses or damages to entourage flowers right after its delivery
to the preparation place.
4.) In order to preserve the quality of our services, EHF will not also allow any other florist or stylist
to add other arrangement or modify any of EHF’s set-up or arrangement on the day of the event.
Clients may choose only one florist or stylist, either EHF or Outside Supplier to design their entourage,
ceremony, or reception set-up and/or arrangement.

❑PACKAGE INCLUSIONS & RENTAL SERVICES
1. Wedding Packages under EHF may include some items but not limited to as follows: burlap
carpet, lanterns, wood signages, artificial flowers and leaves, candelabras, geometrics,
wood logs centerpieces, cylinder glasses, etc.

2. Renting of items owned by EHF and not part of Solange/Savanna’s packages are possible
but with corresponding add-ons rate. Such items are but not limited to as follows: white
resin chairs, round tables, red carpet, bridal car, etc.

3. Client shall be held liable to EHF for any loss and damage not caused by normal
deterioration of the package inclusion and rented items in an amount equivalent to its
replacement value which will depend on the damage it will have and/or possible
occurrence of loss. Damage includes but is not limited to bending, breaking, improper use,
abuse, tampering, and/or tainting of such articles with non-approved items such as
sparklers, chemicals, paint, silly string, mud, chewing gum, clay, pens, or other items.

❑ RATES & ADDITIONAL FEES
1. Rates may vary during peak season such as follows: January, February, May, June, October, November, December.

2. Additional Php 10,000.00 will also be added to the total contract for the following dates: Jan. 2-3, Feb. 14-16, Maundy Thursday – Easter Sunday, Dec. 24-27. And
additional Php 5,000.00 for Feb. 12-13, Holy Monday – Holy Wednesday, Oct. 31, Nov. 2-3 and Holy Week.

3. Using of floral sprays for the entourage, ceremony and reception flowers will have an additional fee of Php 1,000.00. Price varies depending on the volume of flowers
that must be sprayed and on the quantity of colors to be used.

4. In case of bad weather during a Garden Wedding, the florists will have the initial setup at the covered area. Final confirmation will be asked to the couple or
coordinator in-charge at least 2 hours before the event. Otherwise, having more than 2 setups within the day of the event will be subjected to an additional charge of
2,000.00 - 3,000.00 depending on the entire arrangement that will be transferred. EHF shall not be held liable of any changes and damages to floral arrangements
due to inclement weather conditions and due to transfer of setup to another area once the ceremony starts.

5. EHF Team will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause, due to uncontrollable
circumstances including but not limited to – the Force Majeure Event (typhoon, volcanoes eruption, earthquake, flood, fire, pandemic and other natural calamities);
Breakdown of vehicle or heavy traffic; illness, injury or death of any EHF team on or before the event. In case of, fortuitous event or an act of God, any amount
advanced by the client shall be refunded except the amount already spent by the team to do the services subject of the contract.

6. In case of cancellation of contract without fault on the part of EHF, the client agrees to refund the total amount of expenses incurred by EHF which will cover the
transportation, value of flowers and materials and other expenses.

7. Transportation Fee will also be applied to the following conditions:

- Only two personal meetings in Solange/Savanna for final detailing is free of charge, hence, there will be transportation fee for
the next ones.
- Delivery of entourage flowers 15km. away or more from Hacienda Solange or Savanna Farm = Php 500.00
- Outside Hacienda Solange/ Savanna Farm ceremony set-up = Php 1,500.00

8. Full payment will be collected upon set-up or delivery. Partial Payment can also be made
thru bank transfer to any of these accounts:
