I have completed my bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from STT Migas

Balikpapan. I had an experience as Petroleum Engineering Intern at PT. PERTAMINA EP
Tarakan for 1 months. I have completed my work experience at PT. TEKNINDO GEOSISTEM
UNGGUL as HSE Officer. During my work responsibility is performs instructed and implemented to
update Job Safety Analysis with HSE Coordinator, Responsible to give safety induction and safety
training to employees at project, Responsible to give and controlling HSE Document (Toolbox Meeting,
Safety Patrol, Safety Inspection, Permit to Work, Safety Monitoring, Job Safety Analysis, SHO Card,
Safety Induction) and other HSE Document, Reporting all issues related with HSE at Project to HSE
Coordinator and QHSE Manager, Preparing HSE Report from activity at site (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
and other HSE Report.

I am type of hardworker, strong, dynamic, lifetime learning person, able to work in a team
and/or individually, good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
