I have a Diploma in Technical Teacher Education from KTTC and a Diploma in Information Communication Technology, with three months of experience working as a teacher on practice at the Railways Training Institute, three months as an intern trainer at Inceptor Kenya, and three years as an ICT technician in the private sector, where I gained valuable hands-on experiencein this field. My duties included training students in the ICT diploma syllabus context, equipping students with CCTV camera installation and networking skills, maintaining systems, setting up the network and servers for the company, and testing the systems to ensure everything was functioning correctly. It also included conducting a test, running diagnostics, and troubleshooting problems to find solutions. I am team-oriented, dependable, highly focused, and have strong decision-making skills. I also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely to students. I manage my time wisely, so I can keep several projects running at once. I am always accommodative and maintain a pleasant, easy-going attitude, even when dealing with a heavy workload. I have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to solve the most difficult problems and stay current on all newtechnology.
