STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all,
love of what you are doing or learning to do.”
-Pele

I firmly believe that in order to be successful and make a presence in this rapidly developing
technical world, I need to continuously learn and enhance my knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Global businesses, industries, and enterprises are evolving at a rapid pace to tap the potential
technological advancements to meet the ever-changing demands. In short, we are now in the
information age, where data, technology, and knowledge are driving the world and are
collectively ameliorating mankind. Cloud Data Computing practices are boosting the power of
the internet more than ever. The way the present companies and businesses have adapted to
improving technology especially in cloud computing and services is truly fascinating and it is
undeniably a never-ending process. I want to be a part of this technical revolution the world is
going through and contribute my fair share to it through my knowledge and skills. And I am
positively confident that a specialized post-graduate diploma in cloud computing from
Conestoga College can help me in achieving this dream of mine.

Personal and Academic background

I consider myself as an above average student when it comes to academics. I have achieved
85% in SSC which is start of my career. I followed the path that helps me to become an
Engineer with selecting the Math’s, Physics and Chemistry as primary streams and secured 82.3
%.

I started my ground work to select the course and college with my interest in Science and
Mathematics I prefer to take Electronics and Communications Engineering. Also, with multiple
opinions from my seniors I chose to have win – win situation. I have completed my under
graduation from NRI Institute of Technology affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University, Kakinada I maintained my graph throughout the under graduation.
The various concepts like current, voltage, circuits and different theorems dragged the real out
of me and had given all the high inputs and obtained 65% in my Under Graduation.

During my initial semesters, I always found myself surrounded with several ongoing
technical projects. My fervor towards the technology-empowered me to participate in
various technical events, seminars, workshops, and hackathons conducted in various colleges
in my city. However, this did take a slight hit on my academics.

I was always keen on knowing how things work and with the growing age and knowledge,
my thought process shifted on how to simplify the existing methodologies. This enabled me
to take up a project and work on an Object – Oriented Shadow Detection and Removal from
Urban High Resolution Remote Sensing Images. The motto of my project was to removal of
shadow images from satellite images and provide appropriate image using MATLAB
resources with scripts that outlines the original image and remove shadows to generate the
real image that captured by satellites.

Work Experience

In the process of enhancing my skills beyond academics, I started applying to jobs which I
best believed could help me get more practical yet professional exposure and experience.
Subsequently, I was offered a role in one of the startup companies named Nebula
Technologies where I worked as Master Data Management Developer for a Farmer
Insurance client. Later, I joined couple of MNC’s like Wipro Technologies and HCL
Technologies It was during my first job, where I was exposed to a professional work
environment and learned the corporate essentials such as time management, managing
work-life balance, and handling clients. My first job experience not only provided me with
practical exposure to the global technology world but also kept motivating me to learn and
know more. I worked with a team of Cognitive Diversified members holding varied
experiences in the professional world.

However, after over 3 years of having professional exposure to the technological world, I
realized there were several new aspects which in the technical world can revolutionize the IT
landscape. Leaving no stones unturned, I quickly started researching various trending cloud
computing concepts and tried to learn them on my own. However, I soon realized that I was
missing the practical skill, an in-depth understanding, and a firm grip on the concept. This
was when I decided to pursue higher education in my desired field to gain the practicalities
and more pragmatic insights about cloud technologies. Moreover, my own brother, who
himself completed his Master’s Degree in Software Engineering has always motivated and
inspired me to understand the importance of higher education in becoming a better IT
professional.

The scope of Cloud Data Management in India is very bright. With growing size of databases
and trying to have multiple access from numerous locations has become very tough for
companies to guarantee the data security which has proved having cloud data management
would maintain the security, scalability. According to a report, the cloud Data Management
market in India is not going to be impacted with the Covid outbreak.

The overall market in Indian public services market is expected to reach $10.8 billion by the
end of 2025 and is expected to grow with an annual growth rate of growing of 24.1 per cent. By
the end of 2025, the cloud computing market in India is supposed to reach $10.8 billion and
create more than a million jobs in this country. On top of this, the Indian Government’s ‘Digital
India’ initiative is enabling the deserving individuals to come up with their plans and ideas,
which will be financially supported by the Indian Government.

After the completion of my post graduate, I will be back to my country, I would to join as an
Cloud data Analyst in top MNC’s and also I need to take care of parents and also have family
properties to look out. I had a plan of setting up a startup to focus on mitigating and solving the
existing problems prevailing using cloud management.
