My objective of pursuing an MSc in business analytics is to acquire in-depth competence in IT

and to hone my intellectual ability in data management stream. I keenly wish to contribute
more towards the advanced big data analysis and design, advanced database administration
to research development to this field by acquiring the practical knowledge and experience that
will enable me to create cutting-edge methods for the technology innovation in the diverse
sectors. I believe the MSc Program at Ireland is of paramount importance for me to succeed in
my goal of entrepreneurship, which in turn, will fulfill twin objectives – helping society through
job creation besides an outlet for my creativity.

My schooling days provided a solid platform in mathematics and science which helped build
considerable confidence. I have performed up to the expectations of my teachers by securing
good merit percentage throughout my School life and in the Pre- University course. It also
became pretty clear that a challenging engineering course in information technology, which
would test my mental/ mathematical ability and suit my inquisitive nature was tailor made for
me.

In my studies, I have learnt C, C++, Java, PHP, My-SQL. I enjoyed the courses in Data Structures,
DBMS, Operating systems, software programming, networks and security. My main areas of
interest were object oriented Programming. Object oriented programming fascinated me very
much due to its reliability and reusability of code. During my studies, I completed my mini
project on Gym management system. This has given me the chance to work on the web
programming, thus boosting my self-confidence. This improved my coding skills and new
programming languages. Also I did my project on Categorization of Food Items based on their
Nutritional Values using K-means clustering. Coding, data management and algorithm
enthralled me, and I have delved deep into its realms. This project, especially the concept of
work-study rhythm appeals to me a lot as I believe practical, hands-on data projects are just as
important as academic coursework.

During this tenure, I completed my intern with Hindustan Aeronautics ltd. Nasik, I also devoted
time in writing codes, batches and snippets test my abilities which helped to hone my
programming skills. During this stint, I exposed organizational structure as well as time
management. Also, I learnt new innovative technologies. My growing interest in data mining
and the limitations they have led me to select my final year engineering project on Similarity
based data deduplication enabled replica optimizer. Although with every challenge in data
design and development I faced my knowledge and analytical skills expanded, I felt that it was
focused on just one domain of the ocean that is data/ information system I want to be able to
look at it with a broader perspective and do research in domains that I decided to pursue my
masters in business analytics.
After my UG course, I’m currently working as an Application Development Associate with
Accenture. During my training, I have learnt languages like JAVA, HTML, CSS, SQl, Selenium, ALM
and UFT. I’m planning, constructing and execution of test scripts as per client needs along with
defect tracking and analysis. My project is of telecom domain using Salesforce technology
enabled me to appreciate the interaction between the design and development for the data
management. I worked with data mining and this gave me a new dimension to my current skill
set as well as provided me with a practical with hands on experience in real time applications. I
learnt how data mining can support to expand business revenue and used for numerous critical
business resolutions. I learnt to work under time constraints, how to visualize abstract concepts
and to apply it in industrial data projects in real time. During my year, I received awards like Star
performer of June month 2019 and Accenture ace award FY19. Overall, my professional
experience has helped me to learn and explore in depth about business process and data
technologies inspired me to pursue MS in business analytics.

My appetite for knowledge used to drive me beyond the confines of classrooms and
workstations into explored new vistas through workshops and seminars. I enrolled courses like
Machine learning, Python for data science in Udemy courses. I have attended Workshop on Web
technology for entrepreneur and also gave seminar on Analyzing online customer reviews using
natural language processing. This has been successful in creating a positive learning experience
with a wide range of core analytics metrics.

Attending many talks in during technical feat and seminars have helped me to be aware of the
state of the art techniques and technology being used or proposed. I hold various positions such
as a Student partner at internshala student partner 9.0, Campus Ambassador with Techfest IITB,
Padarth IITB, VIT PUNE MUN 2017, Technovanza VJTI Mumbai, Also worked as a Marketing team
member with TESLA 2016, Aur batao firm. Also I served as a former vice chair person of UNEP
VIT PUNE MUN 2017. Organized and participated in various technical, cultural events have
allowed me to nurture my interpersonal communication skills, leadership qualities and team
spirit. Besides academics, I have a passion for lawn tennis, which greatly boosted my mental,
physical strength and helped me fasten my decision-making skills.

I believe that the exceptional course work for business analytics at Trinity College Dublin will
best serve my academic/professional aspirations. I am specifically interested in contributing to
the research done in business analytics by Professor Dr._John Dingliana. I found his research on
‘Perceptually Optimized Color Maps for Visualizing Large Numbers of Features’ engrossing since
the very same propelled me to choose my major project in university. I am aware of the
dedication and commitment required for research and given the opportunity I believe that my
prior experience and desire to learn will prove me to be a valuable addition to the research
groups at your department. I look forward to studying with your world class faculties &
interacting with students from different cultural backgrounds of the world at your University. I
feel the university is perfect for me because it helps prepare for the real business analytics
world and face the challenges ahead. The chance to work at the world class has impressed me
the most.

After my MSc, I plan to gain enough work experience as a business analyst with leading
organization. Subsequent, I wish to develop into an all-round entrepreneur and hope that your
program will help me to explore and exploit my entrepreneurial instincts. I wish to learn, absorb
and refine my data management skills and engage with the dynamic, swift and fluctuating world
of data mining industry. To challenge and be challenged by new analytic practices and business
management ideologies in order to augment and improve organization relationships will only
add to the overall educational experience
