I am applying for the Computer Technician position with NORWEGIAN CRUISE
LINE UK, and my credentials match the requirements in your posting. I have a Diploma in
Technical Teacher Education from KTTC and a Diploma in Information Communication
Technology, with three years of experience working as an ICT technician in the private
sector, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in this field. My duties included
maintaining systems, setting up the network and servers for the company and testing the
systems to ensure everything was functioning correctly. It also included conducting a test,
running diagnostics, and troubleshooting problems to find solutions.
I also have experience in graphics and design, access control installation, and CCTV
cameras and alarm system installations. I am familiar with various operating systems, such as
Ubuntu and the Windows series. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office and a variety of
other programs.
I am team-oriented, dependable, highly focused, and have strong decision-making
skills. I also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
issues clearly and concisely. I manage my time wisely, so I can keep several projects going at
once, but I always maintain a pleasant, easy-going attitude, even when dealing with a heavy
workload. I have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to solve the
most difficult problems and stay current on all new technology. I am confident that I am
qualified to hold this position and can be a great asset to your organization.
