Dear Sir/Madam,

Life consists of small victories and simple pleasures, combined with the right professional mindset, an impressive track record,
and a natural aptitude for designing IT solutions, which can lead to success. I thrive when working with e-business and
technology.

My direct objective is to leave a positive impact on as many individuals as possible. Currently, I am seeking a position in a diverse
or international organization’s. I had gained a particular interest in e-business and its related knowledge, technical and
theoretical. My expertise includes e-management courses such as automation, DevOps, Digital Transformation, E-Business
strategies, Change Management, and E-Learning.

After earning my degree in E-business and commerce from the University of Petra in Amman, Jordan, I spent three consecutive
years working closely with the development team in the e-customer relationship management (CRM) field, serving as a
technical and business consultant to implement electronic solutions for online governments in the Middle East.

Recently, I obtained a Master’s certificate in International Markets with a focus on E-Business and E-Commerce best practices
for startups entering the Chinese market through online channels. Additionally, I completed a six-month internship with a
multinational corporation, Novartis, alongside my studies. This experience challenged me to function as a Cloud technology
specialist, enhancing my professionalism in delivering cutting-edge solutions and deepening my understanding of global
marketplaces, national market tactics, negotiation, and communication strategies for international markets.

These skills enabled me to transition into a rewarding career as a Release Automation Analyst at RS2. In this role, I am
performing in a diverse team, implementing best practices such as Continuous Delivery and Integrations (CD/CI) to manage
clients’ software packages, streamline release processes, and establish application pipelines. Furthermore, I contributed to the
transformation of operation management through the adaptation of DevOps methodologies.
The fusion of my knowledge and experience motivates me to broaden my expertise and gain global exposure across diverse
cultures and environments.

Having earned a Master’s in International Markets equips me with the ability to comprehend international laws and protocols
across various sectors and ecosystems. It enables me to devise management strategies and implement the latest innovations
at a high standard and quality to meet global demands and ensure user success.
