Update to correct false positive detection of Device Fault 4 alarms due to new cooling fan minimum
RPM speed.

5. Intended Use Statement:

AL010012 software has successfully passed all of the verification and validation tests (Verification and
Validation Report 10029004 and Vefication and Validation Report PB540-560 Cooling Fan Software 10076840)
and is released for production.
