 Dcs operation engineer- Monitoring and controlling boiler &auxillaries

equipments by specified parametres
 Communicating with shift in charge and local operators during emergency
conditions and restortation of unit back to normal condition safely
 Safe start up activities and handled home load problems .
 Following all work permits like confine space, hot work, cold work, height work
and enter through maximum for the future reference.
 Daily report to shift incharge and mechanical maintenance engineer about the
running conditions of ID fan,FD fan,PA fan,Boiler Feed Pump,Screw feeders and
Baggase feeders.
 To check all indications and feedbacks are noramal and correctly working in dcs.
 Responsible for equipment changing as per change over schedule.
 Monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments.
 Preventive maintenance jobs of standby equipments, monitoring from initial
clearance to final completion.

 Performing the function of trouble shooting and breakdown, preventive,
