Introduction
Various reports are available in AA to provide almost all the details a business
might need, including asset registers
Few country specific reports are also provided by SAP and some standard reports
can be enhanced to include other fields in the AA related tables.
Nevertheless, custom reports can also be developed

End User Various reports in AA

Sort Versions
Sort versions are used to sort and total the data records in various AA reports
Before executing the report, a sort variant can be selected in the input screen
which then helps sorting and totalling the line items in the report
A sort version can also be used to add up to 5 fields (from specific AA Tables) into
the standard reports so that the line items can be sorted/totalled as per the
additional criteria (fields)
Even a part of a field can also be used in the sort version, instead of using
complete field value
