college, degree, or who they already knew in the industry. The events
over the last year have only made the situation worse.

What do I need to do?
The Business Development test consists of a series of 5 rounds,
conducted on a single day. Candidates are expected to participate in all

5 rounds and are assigned a Relevel Score based on their performance.



Achieve a great Relevel score and be prepared to receive offers from

multiple companies. Here’s how it works:

Rounds 1 & 2 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Prove your Aptitude Duration: 2 hrs Max Marks - 150

In this assessment, candidates are expected to answer 90 Multiple

Choice Questions in General Aptitude and Business Acumen.

General Aptitude consists of 50 questions from the areas of - Quantitative

Ability, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, and Data Interpretation

& Logical Reasoning. Business Acumen consists of 40 questions from

different topics in Sales.

Know your Industry Duration: 1 hr Max Marks - 200

Candidates are expected to answer 60 Multiple Choice Questions on

various industries such as Banking and Finance, E-commerce, FMCG,

Saas and EdTech.

Test your Confidence Duration: 1 hr Max Marks - 150

Candidates are expected to record their video responses to 5 common

interview questions along with submitting email responses to 3 situational

sales scenarios.
Make your Pitch Duration: 1 hr Max Marks - 300

Candidates are expected to don the role of a salesperson and pitch,

negotiate and handle counter proposals based on a case study provided
in this round. The responses to each scenario are video recorded.

Face the Interview Duration: 45 min Max Marks - 150

In this 45 minute interview, candidates are tested live on their ability to

pitch, negotiate and sell to a master consumer, an experienced Sales
Executive.

How am I shortlisted?
The final Relevel score is calculated by combining the scores obtained on different skills
assessed in each round. 



The qualification score needed to be eligible for interviews is 700.
