I Compile three samples of assessment materials used by your resource/cooperating teacher in

the implementation of their LDM (Learning Delivery Mode)

A. Are the assessment materials aligned with the objective of the lesson?
Yes it is well aligned and has established effective learning and teaching from the material used
which is also utilizing the needed implementation process of LDM.

B. Are the instructions clear for the students to easily understand?

Yes it is clear enough but still it needed to explain thoroughly and consequently.

C. Do they promote Higher Order Thinking Skills?

Yes it manifests higher order thinking skills which subjectively preferred when an active
exercise is done through an intellectual manner. The manifested learning in testing the
capabilities of the learners to comprehend through the observation and analyzation of things
written as an instruction is the respective LMC’s.

D. Are they aligned to the principle of assessment?

Yes. It is aligned in the efficiency, reliability, validity of knowledge acquired and intellectually
supporting the students learning process providing an exertion of exceptional progress of their
subjective activities.
