TZATZIKI

Ingredients:

∙ ½ kilo full-fat strained Greek yoghurt


∙ 3-4 big cloves of garlic
∙ 1  tbsp. salt
∙ 1  tbsp. vinegar
∙ 1 large cucumber
∙ ¾ cup. olive oil

Preparation:

1.    Peel the garlic, chop the cloves lengthwise and remove the green
germ located in the center.
2.    Mash the garlic with the special tool and add it in a mortar.
3.    Add salt and mash with the pestle until the mixture becomes
homogeneous.
4.    Grate the cucumber in the grater and drain well.
5.    In a bowl we put the remaining ingredients and stir. Then we leave
it some time in the refrigerator. Our tzatziki is ready. Taste and, if
necessary, add a little more salt.
