Introduction and presentation

Hi there, it's Sasha...

If you’re reading this, then that must mean that you are trying
to eat healthily and live a healthier lifestyle.

This is GREAT since you’ll live longer, feel happier, and have
way more energy to do the things you must do.

Or the things that you just love doing like playing with your
kids, working out, or going out with friends.

3
Unfortunately, eating healthily forever is a very hard thing to
do because...
You’ll have to restrict yourself from basically everything that
tastes good.

In other words, get ready to say goodbye to every single

enjoyable treat. There is...

-No more Donuts

-No more Cheesecakes

-And no more Pancakes

I know....it’s frustrating.

Especially since everyone is eating them and enjoying delicious

treats except you...

But imagine if that wasn’t the case ...

4
Imagine if you could still eat those treats and many more but
still be healthy and still lose weight.

Wouldn’t that be cool, huh?

Well, you don’t have to imagine that anymore because this mini
ebook will make that dream your reality.

You’ll be able to eat “junk food” while still losing weight and
living well.

This ebook will tell you exactly how to transform the most highly
caloric unhealthy treats into delicious healthy meals that the

most skeptical doctor in the world will approve of.

So with that being said, enjoy your reading and get ready to

shock everyone in your circle by losing weight while loving what

you eat.

Take care, Sasha

1. Cheesecake

Cheesecake is one of my favorite treats ever.

And if you love cheesecake as much as I do, then we both know

that one tiny slice won’t satisfy you.

So you always end up eating more of it, messing up your entire

diet.

6
And unfortunately, cheesecake is as unhealthy for you as it is
delicious.

What makes it unhealthy for you?

The ingredient that makes the cheesecake actually bad for you
is:

The HIGH-FAT cream cheese

Cream cheese is incredibly high in fat and cholesterol (regular

varieties) and filled to the brim with additives (fat-free
varieties).

And when it comes to the side effects, cream cheese will cause
you:

skin irritation

nausea

7
diarrhea

weight gain

renal failure

heart disease

What’s the solution?

Wanna make the cheesecake healthy, then simply replace the

cream cheese with:

Ricotta cheese

Which is very low in fat and really high in protein.

Plus, your cheesecake will taste exactly the same as a normal

one.

8
2. Chocolate Cupcakes

Cupcakes are amazingly delicious.

Plus, they’re super fast to make and easy to consume.
But they’re still super unhealthy for you…

What makes them so harmful?

9
The answer is pretty obvious, but it’s

White sugar

White sugar may:

-Increase your risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart

.
disease.
-It’s also linked to a higher likelihood of depression, dementia,
liver disease, and certain types of cancer.

What’s the solution?

Wanna make cupcakes healthy? Then simply replace the white

sugar with:

10
Dates

Here are some benefits of dates:

excellent natural sweetener

are very nutritious and high
in fiber
may promote brain health
may support gut health

11
3. Lemon loaf

A lemon loaf is one of those classic treats that you just can’t
get enough of.
And it goes wonderfully well with some coffee or tea in the
morning.

So what makes it unhealthy?

12
Vegetable oil

Vegetable oil has been shown to cause inflammation and

disrupt hormone signaling in ways that lead to increased risk
of:
Cancer
All-cause mortality
Heart disease
Depression
Neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer's,
dementia, and Parkinson's disease.
Impaired fertility

What’s the solution?

It’s simple, just replace vegetable oil with Applesauce.

13
Applesauce contains antioxidants called phytochemicals.

These antioxidants may help to reduce your risk of cancer,

diabetes, and heart disease.

Making fresh applesauce using the whole fruit, including the

skin, helps to ensure that you get the most antioxidants.

14
4. Pancakes

Also known as the American classic.

Pancakes are one of the most delicious breakfast meals you
could ever eat.

They go well with everything from fruits to chocolate chips.

15
So what makes them bad for you?
You see, in pancakes, one of the most essential ingredients is
also one of the most dangerous ingredients there is, and it’s:

Bleached all-purpose flour

So dangerous that it was even banned from Europe; bleached

flour:
Gives you a higher risk for type II diabetes
Gives you a higher risk of obesity
Gives you a higher inflammation risk

So how to avoid that?

It’s very easy to do so; just replace that flour with ground oats.

16
By making that replacement, you will not only avoid all
those health risks but you’ll also:

Lower your blood sugar levels.

Provide your body with antioxidants.
Promote healthy bacteria in your gut.
Help yourself to feel full to manage your weight.
Ease constipation.
Relieve skin itching and irritation.
Lower your chance of colon cancer.

5. Chocolate donuts

Chocolate donuts are one of those treats that you just can’t get
enough of.
They’re amazingly delicious, soft, and just melt in your mouth.

Plus, they’re the best thing to eat alongside a cup of hot coffee.

18
Why you can’t eat them often:
Everyone would wish to be able to eat a lot of chocolate donuts
a day, but they can’t because it will make them fat and unhealthy.

And one of the most unhealthy critical ingredients in chocolate

donuts is:

Processed chocolate chips

No matter which variety of chocolate chips you buy, they

will have some sugar.
Over time, overeating chocolate can lead to:

Diabetes
Heart disease
And other chronic conditions

19
Is there a solution?

Yes, there is actually.

Instead of using chocolate chips, you could simply use:

Unsweetened cocoa powder and make them in the oven.

By using unsweetened cocoa powder, you get rid of the sugar

side effects and make the chocolate glaze healthy and
unharmful.
And preparing them in an oven-baked way takes all the dangers
of the “frying” method away and leaves you with a healthy donut
that you can eat every day without worrying about damaging
your health.

Conclusion:

I hope that this little book has helped you in some way.

There has been a period of my life when I was overweight

and unhealthy.

I didn’t feel good, was too tired and brain-fogged to play

with my kids.

So I knew that I had to change how I ate.

But I also knew that if I genuinely wanted to keep being

healthy all my life, I couldn’t just lose weight fast and then,

after a while, gain it all back because the diet was

restrictive and not sustainable.

So I came up with some healthy versions of my old favorite

unhealthy recipes in order to not only make it easier for me

but also to help people who struggle like I did get similar

results without restricting themselves too much and not

enjoying their lives.

21
And this book contains only some of the ways that I was able
to do that.

So if you want to check out more recipes and ways to cheat

weight loss, then don’t hesitate to check out my channel
here.

With that being said,

Stay healthy, Stay Happy!
