BOUREKI

INGREDIENTS:
4 Potatoes
4 zucchini
500gr cretan mizithra or 500gr feta cheese
1 bundle spearmint chopped, salt, pepper, oregano
200ml olive oil
1 big ripe tomato grounded
1 glass of milk

FOOD PREPARATION
We cut the potatoes and the zucchini in thin slices. Then add salt, pepper,
oregano and mix them.
We pour half of the oil in the pan and place one layer of potatoes and zucchini.
Add some of the tomato, some of the spearmint and some of the cheese.
We keep placing layers with the same way until we have used all the ingredients.
Finally we pour on the food the rest of the olive oil and and the milk.
Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 200C

NOTE
If we use feta cheese, we put very little or no salt at all.
