NTAKOS

Ingredients:
4 barley rusks (preferably round)
1 big tomato
100 gr mizithra
olive oil
salt
oregano

Preparation:
Slightly sprinkle the rusks with water. Pour a tablespoon of oil on
each rusk, or more if preferred. Grate the tomato and spread it on the
rusks. Season with salt and oregano. Finish with fresh mizithra and
enjoy!
