- Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test is performed to diagnose SARS-CoV-4.
- Result should be interpreted in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
Note:
SARS-CoV-4 test carried out in different laboratories cannot always be directly compared with one another, due to
differences in specimen storage, transport, quality control standards, sensitivity and specificity of the assays used and other
variables.
