YOU CANNOT IMPROVE YOURSELF BY JUST LEARNING

Learning is the relatively permanent change in a person’s knowledge or


behavior due to experience. This definition has three components: 1) the duration
of the change is long-term rather than short-term; 2) the locus of the change is
the content and structure of knowledge in memory or the behavior of the learner;
3) the cause of the change is the learner’s experience in the environment rather
than fatigue, motivation, drugs, physical condition or physiologic intervention.

Improving yourself is to make yourself a better person. We can improve in


sports, in art, music, writing, cooking. We can improve our health and well-being
by improving our diet and exercise programme. We can improve the knowledge
we need to be more successful in terms of work and money. We could improve
our relationships by acquiring new communication skills.

I am completely agree with the statement that you cannot improve yourself
by just learning. Because knowledge and skills cannot improve our health, or our
ability to earn money or our relationships.

Yes, I agree that we must improve our knowledge and skills when we came to
new work ,study at the university , write a scientist work, but if we only study we
cannot improve ourselves in different areas.

You always can improve yourself , try something new ,and if you like this
occupation you will try to develop it.

How you can improve yourself?

1. Read a book everyday

Books are concentrated sources of wisdom. The more books you read, the more
wisdom you discover.

2. Learn a new languages

The more languages you know , the more opportunities are opened before you.

3. Pick up a new hobby

You can choose different types of interest and you will be involved in it.

4. Overcome your fears


We all have fears. fear of uncertainty, fear of public speaking, fear of risk... All our
fears keep us in the same position and prevent us from growing.

5. Learn from people who inspire you

Think about people you admire. People who inspire you. These people reflect
certain qualities you want to have for yourself too.

6. Try to avoid negative people

Wherever we go, there must be negative people. Don't spend too much time with
them if you feel they are pulling you down.

7. Refine your goals

Start the process. Set some higher targets. Achieve some higher goal. Think of
something you thought you could do.

8. Find your place

If you just work at work, find the best place to serve well, and of course they will
ask you to take the best place. Keep doing the job well; do the best you can. This
is your best option.

9. Learn from others

Read one financial blog post per day and learn from people who have already
made the money mistakes you’re making right now. Popular blogs such as Get
Rich Slowly and Money Crashers offer advice on everything from investing to car
insurance discounts.

10. Have a weekly exercise routine

Through you cannot forget all bad things which you had in your life, but try to
dismiss them.

You have spend time before TV-set long time , stop doing that and after that you
will see that you have a lot of time

Now a lot of people drink alcohol when they have some problems , stop doing this
and solve problems without it

14. Do not worry about opinions

Every person has own opinion and sometimes it is not similar with yours

15. Travel more

Traveling is the part of our life , and can be inspired by one country and if you
work hard you can move there in the future

16. Move your body daily

Exercise ,dance , walk—anything you like

17. Eat better

More fruits,more vegetables,less junk

18. Become more observant

Notice everything that surrounds you. The world is full of examples , ideas ,words,
wisdom,mistakes and experiences

19. Collect ideas

Ideas and thoughts tent to evaporate from your mind too fast. Try to capture
them before it is too late. Ideally , write down or sketch every single one.

20. Analyze your day

Before going to bed , spend 10 minutes analyzing your day. Consider what things
you managed to do well and what mistake you made

21. Put someone up to a challenge

Competition is one of the best way of growth

How we can see a part of improving yourself is learning .If you really try to
improve yourself, but feel stuck and unable to progress, or find that you have no
joy or inner peace, you may want to discover the possibility that incurable pain
and beliefs block your progress and hurt you, it is easy to improve yourself when
nothing blocks the way. But if you have old false beliefs about your adequacy and
value, these beliefs can block your ability to take loving actions in your own name.
All your efforts to improve yourself will not bring you the satisfaction you seek if
you have beliefs that limit you to the full expression of your true, fundamental
