ENTREPRENEUSHIP IS ABOT USING YOUR PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE.....

I completely agree wit this statement, because if you want to open your
own business you must have your individual knowledge.
Any person-beginning or already having work experience-sooner or later
faces the question of the possibility of opening their own business, becoming
an entrepreneur. But how well do we understand what is behind this word?
If we proceed from a literal interpretation, then an entrepreneur is a person
who begins to do something, and on his own conviction, realizing the need
for it. In other words, entrepreneurship is based on CREATING something
useful and necessary.

I think that the entrepreneuship begins with an internal decision of a specific

person. Because every person before decision to lead his or her own business
think for a long time they must do it or no.

The most important things in the entrepreneuship is inner motor and tenacity.

In the work of an entrepreneur, a very high level of uncertainty is normal.

Various kinds of crises are a natural and inevitable phenomenon, and the
faster a business develops, the more such crises. Under such conditions, a
huge role is played by two factors - the presence of an “internal motor” and
fantastic tenacity, reaching up to donkey stubbornness.

An internal motor is a deeply personal, emotional reason that makes an

entrepreneur move forward. Very rarely, this reason is only money.
Sometimes it’s power, sometimes it’s the desire to create an amazing product,
to improve people's lives. The deeper the business resonates with the personal
experience of the entrepreneur, with his internal needs - the more chances are
that in good and bad times, the entrepreneur will find the strength to move
forward. Therefore, it is so important for an entrepreneur to know himself
well, to be honest with himself regarding his motivation.

Well, of course, stubbornness. In school books, the problem is solved by

applying the learned formula or theorem. In real life, the path is winding,
incomprehensible, contradictory. And most importantly - active actions
change the reality around, change people's attitude to a new product or
service. For example, 10 years ago no one believed in the future of electronic
books, everyone said how convenient and irreplaceable a paper book is. Only
10 years have passed - and more and more often we see people on airplanes,
in the subway, in cafes who read books on electronic devices. Stubbornness,
unwillingness, in spite of any obstacles, to turn astray is the most important
factor of success, which is much more important than intelligence, talent or
intuition.

Also you need to know how important it is to have knowledge to a growing

business. You can get this knowledge at university,at some training or you
can read the books about how to grow your own business.

Of course you must must have some characteristics and skills to lead your
own business, such as personal characterictics , interpersonal skills , critical
and creative thinking skills and practical skills.

Personal Characteristics
First, examine your personal characteristics, values, and beliefs. Do you have
the mindset that's typical of successful entrepreneurs?

 Optimism

 Vision

 Initiative

 Desire for Control

 Drive and Persistence

 Risk Tolerance

 Resilience

Interpersonal Skills
As a successful entrepreneur, you'll have to work closely with people – this is
where it is critical to be able to build a great relationship with your team,
customers, suppliers, shareholders, investors, and more.

 Leadership and Motivation

 Communication Skills

 Listening

 Personal Relations

 Negotiation
 Ethics

Critical and Creative Thinking Skills

As an entrepreneur, you also need to come up with fresh ideas, and make
good decisions about opportunities and potential projects.

Many people think that you're either born creative or you're not. However,
creativity is a skill that you can develop if you invest the time and effort.

 Creative Thinking

 Problem Solving

 Recognizing Opportunities

Practical Skills
You also need the practical skills and knowledge needed to produce goods or
services effectively, and run a company.

 Goal Setting

 Planning and Organizing

 Decision Making

Armed with this information, evaluate your skills in each of these areas. The
harder you work to develop your skills, the more successful you will be.

However, many successful business owners are impulsive, risk-averse, or

belligerent with colleagues and clients. However, others have little business
knowledge and have simply hired the talent they need to succeed.

You can succeed without some of these skills, however, the more you miss,
the more likely you are to fail.

In conclusion I would like to say that running your own business is only your
personal knowledge , but if you want to have it you must study hard , have
some training about how to do this , and read a lot of information about this .
