This programme has been designed to help
present and future leaders like you build a
strong foundation to grow predictive data-
driven decision-making. You will learn to
tackle a challenging macro environment by

Analytical Software
The software we are going to use is SPSS. The
demo version is easy downloadable for both
Windows and Mac. This software does not require
to remember coding and the output is automated.
One need to understand the data entry process
and interpret the output.
Pre-knowledge
No pre-knowledge is required for SPSS or
statistical understanding. The concepts and
application will be explained during the sessions.
How does this online programme help?
Executive tutelage redesigned with radical;

follow pedagogy as executives are not children to
be trained. This programme blends the discipline
of industrial data and use of SPSS to give you the
on-hand experience on analytics. You will gain

session. She is Ph.D. in Industry Psychology and
SRF Fellow from IIT Delhi. She had total 20 years
of experience in both corporate and academic.
She is CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management &
Leadership and Six Sigma Black Belt from Indian
Statistical Institute, New Delhi.
