Freelance Planner (Contract) December 2019 – Present
• Provide Planning support for large scale projects in creating plans varying from L1 to L4 ranging
from 48-hour to 9 months, managing costs, material and personnel logistics from drilling
programs to asset Reactivation using a variety of planning software (Primavera P6 & Microsoft
Project)
• Manage all activities in large scale projects including contractors.
• Chair weekly meetings regarding risk, project updates including cost & provide weekly

Site Planner (contract) September 2019 – December 2019


Prosafe, Salvador Brazil
• Worked as part of the team to carry out 5 yearly maintenance of the Safe Concordia Flotel
vessel
• Create & maintain a level 4 cost & risk loaded construction project plan in primavera P6 for
the with a multi-million-dollar budget.
• Work with various teams to build a comprehensive plan to incorporate the durations, cost
and risk associated with each activity to create 48-hour, 14 day and 28 day look ahead. Create
and monitor the risk register for the project as well and lead daily meetings with vessel staff
and 3rd party contractors covering areas such as job contracts and progress.
• The vessel was completed on time, within budget and provided contract security whilst
working with various cultures and languages.
Project Planner (contract) June 2019 – August 2019
Dolphin Drilling, Aberdeen / Norway
• Worked as part of a team of 5 individuals to manage the duration, cost, and quality of a
reactivation of the Borgland Dolphin oil rig
• Create & maintain project plan with a multi-million-dollar budget, create 14-day, 1 month and
3 month plans in Microsoft project
• Have daily meetings with all the department leaders to ensure that all the activities are
updated accurately whilst ensuring costs are recorded and any purchase orders are recorded
then expedited. Contact vendors as required to expedite components whilst updating the
project manager of any additional unforeseen costs and risk as they arise, lead weekly
meetings with various divisions both in Aberdeen and Norway.

Planning Engineer February 2019 –April 2019

• Provided planning specialty to the support function of the oil and gas integrity company.
• Create the project plans in Primavera P6 for 20 different clients which varying levels of
complexity
• Lead weekly meetings with the project managers and update the plans with the progress as
well as the resource requirements then create an extract of the resource requirement and
issue it to the cost engineer for review. Create S-curves for each project manager and carry
out analysis of the data and raise any concerns.

• Worked as part of a diverse team in line with the project managers in the aftermarket facility
for oil and gas equipment
• Create detail work packages for the workshop considering current capacity whilst adhering to
the scope, duration and cost that has been quoted by the project manager and commercial
team.
• Review each work assignment to ensure that the work is feasible inline with the scope and
cost, create the various work packs for the jobs including the various documents such as
quality, welding, disassembly procedure and bills of material along with their respective
drawing. Advised hours to quote the customer from documentation after initial receipt of the
equipment.
• Managed tooling through various departments to ensure it is completed successfully in
accordance with contract regarding scope, cost and delivery of equipment which included
subsea trees
• Successfully delivered equipment on time to meet are 90% on time delivery and improve
process such as 40% reduction in the strip, clean and inspect phase of the process
Manufacturing Specialist 2011 - 2013
Onesubsea, Portlethen
• A key member of the scheduling team dedicated to the subsea division in the aftermarket
facility
• Publish and maintained the manufacturing schedule for the entire facility using Microsoft
projects.
• Input the data from the work packages for the various departments in the facility and ensuring
that the department is not going over their capacity, work with departmental leaders to
ensure the work is being achieved on time to ensure that the other jobs are delivered on time,
including expediting 3rd parties and ensuring the stores have the spare parts pulled in time.
Present capacity histograms to the senior management team to show any conflicts whilst
providing solution options for them to consider.
