- Gillian was not doing well in regular school.

- Doctor looked at her strength.
- Gillian is a mover and needed to move to learn.
- She loved dancing.
- She said it was wonderful to be surrounded by people like her.

• I can look for what students do well instead of what they struggle with.
• I can design activities that allow for creativity such as videos, posters, drawings, etc.
• I can connect students with others who share similar interests.
• I need to learn about extracurricular activities and how they could help my students be
successful.
