1. Create new custom role :

Tools > Security Console > Roles

1.1 Click Create role

1.2 Enter the Role name = Badger Reassign Requistions
1.3 Enter Role Code = Badger_Reassign_Requistions
1.4 Role Category – Select Procurement – Job Roles
1.5 Click Next

2 Assign Functinal Security Policy

2.1 Under Privileges click +Add

2.2 Select Reassign Requistion
2.3 Click Next unit last step
Save and Close.
