SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR AN IMMEDIATE AND RAPID DISSEMINATION OF

THE TRACER STUDY QUESTIONNAIRES TO ITS RESPONDENTS

This memorandum is issued upon the urgent need of the Research and Development Center
of Mount Carmel College of Escalante, Inc. to finish the data gathering procedure before the
end of February 2022. The completion of data gathering procedures will pave a way for the
office to proceed with the next part of the research process. The office expects that the
questionnaire will be disseminated to all of its respondents on or before January 31, 2022.
Furthermore, the staff are also required to present their individual reports with regards to the
data gathering on the said date.

Problem

The Research and Development Center will be hosting a colloquium on April 25, 2022 where
the tracer will be presented. Failure in data gathering also means the office’s failure in
completing the study.
