SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, BELMA V. BALLESTEROS, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen,

and a resident of Centro West, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT AMY B. KIM, also of legal age, Filipino citizen,
married, and presently residing in Northern Mariano Island, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf in processing about the cremation

of the remains of my husband, Robert G. Ballesteros, who died in
Northern Mariano Island on October 9, 2020;

2. To perform any act or sign or deliver any document and to perform such
other matters as required and may aid in the prompt consummation of the
foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full powers and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said

attorney-in fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
