I write in behalf of Michael Ian Javelosa in regards his share in the Nanding Lopez fishpond
property. Michael has instructed me to look for a buyer of his share in the property and as co-
owners thereof, we deem it proper that the same be first offered to you before we offer it to
others, to keep the ownership within the family.

Michael intends to sell his share at the price of Php 70.00 per square meter, net. Should you be
interested, please get in touch with Michael's lawyer Atty. Hector Jamandre Diaz at his office
number (033)320-9006 for initial discussions. We would appreciate it if you can get in touch on
or before March 10, 2018, otherwise we will deem it that you are not interested in the property
and we will be free to offer it to other interested parties.

Likewise, Michael wants to formalize the partition of the property and identify the portion that
belongs to him. In this regard, a geodetic survey in preparation for a partition agreement would
be proper. We would canvas the related cost so we would know the share expenses of each co-
owner.
