AFFIDAVIT OF NO IMPROVEMENT

I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Quezon City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of the PARCEL OF LAND, situated at

Project 8, Quezon City, Philippines, with an area of Two
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Six (2,326) square meters,
more or less, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-123145 of the Registry of Deeds of Davao del Norte; 

2. That I hereby state that the above-mentioned property has no

existing improvements of whatever kind and nature and it
remained idle up to the present;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents
and purposes that it may serve.
