ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL MEETING

1- All calculations for electrical system to be required.

2- Voltage drop calculation to be required for all Main cables.

3- Cable sizes for apartments (4x35 +16 mm) to be replaced as per Voltage Drop Calculation.

4- Cable tray type shall be used for power and communication systems and cable trunking to be
removed from BOQ.

5- Cable tray size to be designed as per filling ratio calculation.

6- Remove all non-fusible disconnect switch 60 A for DX units and used only for Main roof.

7- All Access control in flat area shall be removed and replaced by smart magnetic locked and
adding ACS for (Communication room).

8- CCTV Cameras to be reduced in basement floor and removed from elevator cabinets.

9- Indoor dome Cameras to be reduced in ground &first floor.

10- Lighting fixtures layout for flats to be redesign and submitted us for approval.

11- Elevator panel to be connected with normal power source.

12- Fire alarm system to be submitted after approved from civil defense.
