Administrative Office Procedures and Management

The City Government of Muntinlupa is the organization I chose for my internship. And
I would like to work in the Department of Phil Post (Muntinlupa City Central Office). A
post office is a facility that is part of a postal system that is used for the posting, receipt,
sorting, handling, transmission, or delivery of mail, such as letters, small packages, and
usually money. Post offices provide mail-related services such as mail acceptance and
the sale of postage stamps, post office boxes, and the sale of packaging and stationery.
Furthermore, some post offices provide non-postal services such as passport
applications and other government forms, car tax purchase, money orders, and banking
services. A main customer service and point of sale area is feasible in a post office.
Many postal codes or ZIP codes direct a package to a specific post office; others
correspond to a specific route or even delivery point. Mail is sorted or processed for
delivery in a "sorting office" or a "delivery office."
I chose this internship because when I was in junior high school, we had a (On Job
Training) program, and I also chose this job, which is in the Post Office in Ayala
Alabang. I really enjoyed it, even though I only worked there for a month. So, I'd like to
work there again, but in a different location, because I enjoy the job and the employees
are honest and fair. They will not discriminate against you, but they will teach you
everything they know about the job. And, as I get older and more mature, I'd like to
correct all my mistakes in my first OJT, particularly being late. I promise to be more
professional during this internship, and the main reason I chose it is because of the
quality of work, and as a DOMT student, I need to train and excel in this field. Because I
know I'll be working as an office girl soon, I want to practice and work hard to achieve
my goal.

As a result, I conclude that choosing this prestigious organization will allow me to

gain a lot of experience. I would love to seek advice from the experienced and
knowledgeable teams who are already on board. That way, I'll be able to improve as a
professional in the future. Being a part of this venture will also help me to enhance my
skills. At the end of the day, it is a solid foundation that is important. And I am confident
that this organization will be able to assist me in constructing one. In turn, I can
guarantee you my undivided attention and everything I can do at my level to help this
organization succeed.
