We are seeking the best talent in a virtual commercial multifamily real estate assistant to join a our all-

star team in identifying and acquiring multifamily (apartment) properties. Essential tasks include
researching markets, properties and ownership, building CRM data files, and conducting email
campaigns and phone communications with property owners. Must have work availability solely
between the hours of 8am-5pm EST (non-negotiable).

Starting compensation $5.5/HR, 20 hours weekly, raises and bonuses upon proven, consistent
performance.
