Covid Care Controlled Uncontrolled Centre Triaging doctors to note - Uncontrolled Comorbidity would include - RR: Respiratory Rate Home Covid 1. In Diabetics - GRBS>200mg/dl or HBA1C >8 SPO2: Oxygen Saturation Isolation Care 2. In Hypertensives - BP>160/100mmHg SARI: Severe Acute Respiratory Centre 3. CVA/CAD within past 1 month Illness 4. In CKD - Stage 3 or more 5. If Obese - BMI>30kg/m2 Note: 1. For triaging of children (<18 yrs) separate algorithm shall be used. 2. Covid -19 positive pregnant woman to be referred to designated Covid19 hospital/Facility for maternity services for triaging and advice by Obstetrician.
