January 18, 2022 To Whom It May Concern: I would like to recommend Samantha Blum as a candidate for a position within your district. 1 have known Ms, Blum for the past year dnd a half as a parent of a preschooler and a board member of Little Learners Preschool and Daycare Center. Ms. Blum has been the preschool teacher for Little Learners Preschool and Daycare Center for the 2020-2022 school years. Samantha has several traits that would be usefull and necessary to your school. Samantha is open, to suggestions, ideas, and insight pertaining to effective classroom instruction. She is friendly and easy to talk to which makes communication easy with parents, students, teachers, and all employees. Ms. Blum does motivate her students to learn and has set expectations for them to follow. She has good classroom management skills that start with building positive relationships with her students. She provides a nonthreatening environment that nurtures each student in her class. In Ms. Blum’s classroom she has had the opportunity to work with students ages three to five from different social and emotional needs. She works one-on-one with students and small groups, She is organized and reliable. She is willing to performs extra tasks as assigned; organized a Christmas program, wrote thank you notes to the community, and planned crafts for the student to donate to the nursing home. She does not complain and always completes these duties in a timely manner. As a parent, I feel like my oldest child was thoroughly prepared for kindergarten. My middle child is developing the skills to help him leam academic basics. She helps all children understand and deal with their emotions in a positive way. Which is a critical component for the preschool age. Samantha is responsible and hard working.
