CHAPTER V

SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter concludes the whole study, draws the

conclusions derived from the results gathered, suggests

recommendations by the researchers and applies the findings

presented at the previous chapters.

Summary of Findings

The main objective of the study was to determine the

viewpoint of respondents from Hercor College High school

Department regarding with the service quality and customer

satisfaction in Fast food Restaurants, whereas their

behaviour towards it was used to further understand how such

dimensions attract them to visit and avail the service

provided. Specifically, the study aimed to answer the

following:

1. What is the socio-demographic profile of consumers in

terms of:

a. Age

b. Sex
