Job Responsibilities
● Heavy equipment inspection.
● Conduct training working on height.
● Conduct firefighting drills.

● Make sure that the workers have the work permit for specific Job.
● Conduct daily safety toolbox.
● Checking all cranes and make sure that all cranes working in good condition.
● Instruct all operators to maintain the checklist about cranes.
● Conduct toolbox meetings on every week.
● Safety induction to all new hired workers.
● Make Sure that tag system is following up 100% on mechanical and electrical
equipment’s.
● Auditing machinery, PPE, Housekeeping and Hand Tools.
● Auditing monthly color codes as per Client standard.
● Check the excavation activity through the safety procedure.
● Carry out survey and inspections to make sure that the safe work methods are
in operation, health and safety requirements are being applied for and see that
first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.

● Before leaving the site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit,
overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape to
avoid accident.
● Monitor all site activities to ensure that all safety procedures are followed
perfectly.
● Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.
● Ensure implementation of safe working procedures in ALL levels.
● Submit ALL required and needed reports to HSE Supervisor.
● Conduct continuous awareness of ALL employees in reporting Near Misses and
Unsafe Conditions.
