HSE ENGINEER

▪ Monitor performance of the Contractor / Sub-contractor and identify, raise

any health, safety or environmental concerns with the PM or HSE Manager.
Review health, safety and environmental procedures and effectively
implement HSE plans across the project
▪ Regularly inspection of tools, equipments and documents prior to work
starts. Proper coordination with safety team and implement more safe and
secure workplace
▪ Supervise all critical operations, and. Conduct Tool Box Talks on regularly
basis.
Conduct JSA and enforce preventive measure Implement safe work
procedures. Working with managers to implement the company's policies
and goals.
▪ Cross verification & record of permits at the site.
▪ Record of Safe Working Man-hours, First aid injuries, LTI and investigation
of root cause of accidents at site.
▪ Task inspection evaluation and conduct TBT, Initiate and organize induction
training for workers. Working collaboratively with design engineers,
operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff
