- Using a suitable and calibrated instrument;
- Test the level of oxygen and flammable gas or vapour;
- Testing for concentration of toxic gas or vapour, where applicable;
- Record the results of the test in the confined space entry permit and endorse the permit to work application.
 Attend all safety meetings, Inspections and ensure that good working condition is maintained in the site.
 Conduct Toolbox meeting every day to brief about the safe work and housekeeping.
 Assist to other sites incident & accident investigations and report making.
