➢ To ensure that all heavy equipment’s being used on this project where
required are tested by the Third Party periodically against certified
standard equipment.
➢ Planning the Budget for the Safety Department for all the projects.
➢ Recruiting the Safety Staff at all capacities for all projects.
➢ Procurement of relevant Safety Equipment’s & material for all divisions.
➢ Advise t h e Safety Personnel, to display the relevant cautionary
instructions, signs and symbols at prominent, conspicuous and strategic
locations, accidents statistics, accident investigation, formulation of
safety committee and monitoring its activities, preparation of on- site &
off site emergency plan.
