Key Deliverables
• Engaged in development & implementation in health, safety, security and environment for company.
• Carry out safety risk assessment.
• Responsible for work permit Receiving and renewal of the same.
• Participation in carrying out accident / incident investigation and reporting to producers etc.
• Deft in allocating work and responsible to assigned subordinates staff and maintain various safety records.
• Safety responsible for implementation of safety at site, preparation of safety plan and work permit system.
• Coordinate in safety introduction training, toolbox talks to workers.
• Conducting weekly safety meeting with client and contractors.
• Preparation and maintenance of various safety records and monthly safety reports.
• Diligent in giving advice to the project management teams where required of corrective / preventive actions or on measures
necessary to carry out implementation of the HSE Program to its fullest extent.
• Continuously assess and evaluate the risks in the workplace.
• Check proper usage and maintenance of PPE and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Encourage all trades to be safety consciousness through toolbox talk / awareness sessions where required and to suggest ways of
improving personal safety as well as preventing loss or damage to equipment and materials.
• Check the quality of pre-job start talk conducted by permit acceptor and coach them on their weak point if required.
• Ensure that any equipment on site is suitable and provided with necessary valid certificates.
• Responsible for conducting training awareness session where as required.
• Act as a First Aider where required only if have valid TP certificate.
• Ensure this approved HSE Plan read and understand the project specific requirement and implemented on site and all personnel
are competent and/or certified as per their trades, i.e. riggers, plant banks man, crane operators, Confined Space Attendants, etc.
and can be verify on site with their TPI cards.
• Duly ensures that the employees are trained on the impact & aspect of environmental issues & proper waste management.
• Responsible for his own safety and that of others working around him for preparing the site safety report in the client format.

safety worked in a variety of medium to Oil and Gas, Power Division and Industrial projects in India & Middle East regions.
