Duties and Responsibilities:

 Provide assistance to safety manager in designing safety protocols.
 Stationed ‘on site’ and reporting to Divisional HSE Coordinator on HSE matters.
 Reports to the Project Manager /Divisional HSE Coordinator regarding day to day
inspections and tours.
 To carrying out Risk Assessment /Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for

  To educate the work forces and site engineers, supervisors both from sub contractors and
own work site by conducting daily tool box talk and various periodically training such as
Job specific training, to improve their consciousness and awareness towards safety.
 Investigate all accidents, near miss incidents in his area and will submit a detailed report to
HSE Department within 48 hrs.
 Maintain records of accidents and incidents, lost time injury including detail analysis
of each injury and damage for further prevent.
 Attend Safety meetings (Site and Combined) – raise safety issue.
 Attend the weekly safety tool box talk meetings.
 Create safety awareness amongst all employees on incidents; accidents occurred during the
week and on specific situational hazards.
 Review health safety target in Monthly HSE meeting.
 To display different safety promotional posters to educate.
 Ensure that emergency evacuation plan and emergency numbers of concerned persons are
in work place.
 Respond to employee’s safety concern.
 Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
