 Before start the job should be levelling the ground.

 All the equipment is to be inspected prior to mobilization by a Heavy Equipment Inspector and signed
off fit for purpose. At site the equipment will be inspected by the HSE Supervisor and owner
representative and when correlated to the certification it will be color tagged.
 Run the generator and run the welding machine & grinder machine at the welding zone.
 Mobilization equipment & material to the work site.
 Adjust welding machine parameters according to approved WPS
 Start to installation the welding tent for the welding joint.
 Start to preparation the pipe for the welding using & boom track.
 Start grinding for fit up and then after inspection start welding joint.
 Fire extinguisher must be available close every welding machine all time in working area.
 Fire watcher at all time should be there.
 Handling materials from yard to workshop &site area with suitable transporting.
 Before start job, all equipment must be inspected by HSE &putting sticker. Transporting aluminum roll
to workshop by Hiab & putting that in decoiler machine.
 Going to open aluminum roll for cutting by using decoiler Machine, Marking the sheet for cutting
 Cutting aluminum sheet by using flat cutting machine or hand cutter.
 Starting to do one stencil for cladding work.
 start rolling sheet by using rolling Machine &after that bending this sheet by using
 Bending Machine
 fabrication elbows- T & washer &cap & everything for cladding work for equipment
 & piping
 When finish the job should be out all equipment from electric & removed all the equipment &materials
from the work place
 House Keeping during work and after work for any combustible material or any inflammable material
