c) Ensure that all applicable Legislations, Rules and Regulations are followed at all times. The work shall be stopped, and the violator may be removed from the mall for non-compliance

A/ This permit is for Hot works only and the job execution and associated controls is the responsibility of the Contractor and the Project Team
B/ This permit is not a substitute for any other permit(s) to work that is necessary to execute the task, which shall be managed by the Project Team. Internal arrangements for the same to be managed by the Contractor
C/ Permit approval process time shall be up to 48hrs and valid as per approved dates.
D/ This permit to access is STRICTLY for the works stipulated in Section B & C of this form
E/ Contractor needs to ensure adequate protection, housekeeping safe area, and safety compliance during the Hot Works
F/ The issuance of permit by The Mall shall not be construed as the mall management being responsible in anyway, for any incident / accident that may arise from the contractor's activities
