Job Responsibilities:-

 Provide H&S Technical advice and coordination in line with the Project H&S Plan, HS
Legislation and standards in Qatar to workgroup as required/directed.
 Ensuring strict implementation of client safety standards and procedures at work site.
 Prepare all project weekly and monthly HSE reports and submit it to the HSE manager for
review.
 Prepare any other project HSE reports as required.
 Assist the HSE Manager in Accident Investigation.
 Participate in TBT’s and other safety meetings.
 Participate in HSE Audits.

BUILD DETAILS: Hill is providing consulting engineering services in connection with
the expansion and modernization of Muscat International and Salalah Airports. The
expansion of Muscat International Airport includes a New passenger Terminal
(capable of accommodating 12 million passengers annually),29 Passenger Boarding
bridges, Air Traffic Control Tower (97 metres height),2 parallel runways(capable to
serve the world’s largest aircraft A380),Airside Hotel, Road Infrastructure, Car parking
and several other buildings such as workshops, a fuel farm area and data centres.
PROJECT VALUE: USD 5.2 billion

Job Responsibilities:-

 Responsible for ensuring the implementation of contractor’s and sub contractor’s

implementation of the HSE program on the project site.
 Accountable for having a solid understanding of the contract requirements and
communicating them to the project team.
 Continually meet with project teams to ensure safety, health and environmental
standards are maintained.
 Provide daily onsite review of the project site construction activities and provide
contractor summary report of the non compliances noted at site.
 Preparing HSE Observations and violations using Aconex.
 Review contractor’s safety records/documents to ensure major construction equipments
are maintained regularly.
 Investigating accidents.
 Participate in weekly contractor meetings.
 Coordinating with the HSE Lead to ensure that HSE policy is implemented by the
contractors.
 Assisting the HSEM in conducting the contractor safety audits.
