INTRODUCTION - An airport terminal is a building at an airport where
passengers transfer between ground transportation and the facilities that
allow them to board and disembark from an aircraft.

amenities, and sophisticated accommodations. Though there is no standard
rating system for hotels, propThe aim of the thesis is to design a Five star
hotel with unique spaces having World class services" to the tourists and
the business travellers which are coming from different cities and countries
and creating a landmark for the Mohali city.

NEED OF PROJECT:

• In the present scenario of globalization & commercialization, city of

Mohali has grown rapidly in the recent year. Although the city has grown
very well in the recent years in terms of the infrastructures required, but
there has been a continuous need of a five star hotel which could
incorporate world class level of accommodation
• The city attracts thousands of piligrams and tourists
every year from all over
