1. Write an essay about “ What influence me to buy a product or a service”?

- for me satisfaction has the big impact to influence me to buy a product
and service quality. Quality can be described as the totality of features as well
as characteristics of product or service which bears its ability to satisfy stated
as well as implied needs. In general, satisfaction can be described as a
person’s feeling or either disappointment or pleasure which results from the
comparison of a product perceived by performance or outcome to the
expectations. If the performance of the product falls bellow the expectations,
then the customers can be described as being dissatisfied.
