Sir/ Madam,

It is hereby informed to you all that the Examination form fill up process for the
students of B.A./ B.Sc. / B.Com 3'o Semester Examination,2O21 will be done
through online & offline system from the dates as mentioned below:

For B.A./B.Sc/B.Com Semester- ill(Batch 2017,2018,2019 & 2020)

and B.A./B.Com Semester- lll0DO[ Batch 2019 & 20201
Examination form fillup for B.A./B.Sc/B.Com Semester- lll (Batch 2017,2018,2OL9
& 2020) and B.A./B.Com Semester- lll(IDOL Batch 2019 & 2020) Examination,2021
wilf be done through online system from 18th lanuary,2D22. Students can log in
the https:// guportal.in for filling their forms.
i) Students (Non CBCS) failed or absent only in the sessional Examination
need not to fill the Examination form. However a failed candidate has to
reappear in the sessional examination.
ii) The last date for filling the form is 1't February, 2022.
iii) All the online forms submitted by the candidates must be verified and
approved on or before 5tn February, 2O22 by the respective colleges. Admit
cards for unapproved students will not be generated.
 For LA./B.Sc/B.Com Semester- lll(Batch 20151
and B.A./B.Com Semester- lll(IDOL Batch 2016.2017 & 20181
Examination form fillup for candidates (Batch 2016) and IDOL candidates (Batch
2016,2OI7 & 2018) will be done offline. All such candidates have to submit the
examination form along with the requisite fees in their respective colleges.
Colleges have to verify such forms and to submit the consolidated statements (in
hard copies) and the fees through RTGS or SBI Collect to the Office of the Dy.
Controller of Examinations, Gauhati University, on or before lOth February, 2022.
i) Colleges have to deposit the Examination Fees through RTGS or SBI Collect to
Gauhati University SBI Account (A/c No.-40492883654, IFS Code-SB1N0002050,
and MICR Code-781002015) and to submit all the fees payment documents in a
separate envelope to the Dy. Controller of Examinations, Gauhati University.
ii) The last date for filling the examination form is 1't February,2022
